Stumpy is a baby turtle we found, he's missing his front right foot, his face is deformed- we don't know if it's a birth defect or he had an accident. We have been trying to research what kind of turtle he is and does he need to be in water or just on the land. I've ordered a turtle kit from Petco and bought an aquarium from Wal Mart.
